Nissan Qashqai vs Nissan Juke

22 Nov 2023

The Nissan Qashqai and Nissan Juke are two of the best-selling SUVs in the UK market. But how do you know which one is right for you?

We compared the two models and highlighted the noticeable differences to help you decide which one is more suitable for your lifestyle.

Exterior

The Qashqai and Juke have completely different front ends, from the headlight style to the grilles. On the Juke, the headlights are round, contrasting with the sharp V of the grille, whereas the Qashqai features concise front-ended headlights.

18-inch diamond cut wheels feature on the Qashqai, continuing the theme of sharp edges and a more dynamic look. In comparison, the Juke features 17-inch flex alloys.

Side on, the Qashqai is easily identifiable, with the sharp grooves and solid doors, as well as keyless entry. Door size and cabin space on the Qashqai indicates its practicality as a family car. In contrast, the Juke has its token rear door handle at the top of the door, and has a softer side profile.

Manoeuvrability is also easy, thanks to the front and rear parking sensors and Rear View Camera.

Interior

The leather wrapping on the dash and steering wheels makes the Qashqai the ultimate premium vehicle. It’s a comfortable drive with a fantastic infotainment display, from wireless mobile charging to a built-in satnav. In terms of driver aid, the Qashqai has 360 cameras, adjustable cruise control, and different driver modes. Lane assist, auto wipers and dual climate are just a number of features for the driver.

The rear of the Qashqai has an abundance of space in terms of both legroom and headroom, and the sense of space is exaggerated by its glass roof, illuminating the cabin with natural light.

While the Juke is slightly more compact, someone of six foot height can comfortably sit in the rear, and the lack of centre armrest in the back adds much more room for the passengers’ comfort.

The boot space differs from 420 litres on the Juke to 480 litres on the Qashqai. There are three configurations depending on your need for space, making both models a versatile and adaptable choice for your journey’s needs.
